1. Telecaller

Location: Mohali (Work from Office)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Explain the company's solar products and services.

• Schedule appointments for the field sales team.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads.

• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

2. Team Leader

Location: Mohali (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–5 Years (Telecalling/Inside Sales Team Handling)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the telecalling team.

• Monitor daily performance and ensure target achievement.

• Train and mentor team members to improve productivity.

• Allocate leads and track follow-ups.

• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and process compliance.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in leading a telecalling or inside sales team.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Target-driven mindset with analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
