Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through telecalling and building initial client relationships with HNI clients, business owners, importers/exporters, SMEs, and corporate decision-makers.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to effectively pitch financial and forex risk management solutions over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads
Connect with HNI clients, business owners, SMEs, importers/exporters, and corporate clients
Introduce and explain the company’s financial products and forex risk management services
Schedule meetings and appointments for the advisory/sales team
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM systems
Understand client requirements and identify suitable financial solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion processes

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong telecalling, cold-calling, and lead generation abilities
Confident personality with strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate professionally with HNI and corporate clients
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes
Ability to explain financial products in a simple and effective manner
