Telesales Executive – B2B Sales

Salary: ₹10,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and performance-based incentives

About the Company

Avant Garde Industries provides industrial coding and marking solutions, thermal inkjet printers, ink cartridges, packaging machinery and packaging solutions to businesses across various industries.

We are looking for confident, energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executives who can communicate effectively with customers, generate business from enquiries and convert potential leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on company-provided leads and enquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products and solutions over the phone.

• Generate interest in our thermal inkjet printers, coding and marking solutions, cartridges and packaging machinery.

• Identify potential business opportunities and qualify leads based on customer needs.

• Follow up consistently with interested customers to move enquiries towards closure.

• Handle customer objections related to pricing, product features and delivery timelines.

• Negotiate professionally and convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders.

• Maintain daily call records, customer details, follow-up schedules and sales reports.

• Coordinate with the sales, technical and operations teams for quotations, order processing and customer requirements.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling, follow-up and sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: HSC/12th pass; graduates are preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or B2B sales will be an advantage.

• Good verbal communication and telephone etiquette.

• Confidence in convincing customers and handling objections.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.

• Ability to work towards targets and follow up systematically.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a result-oriented mindset.
