AV Global Advisory Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to promote and sell professional training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with prospective students and guiding them toward suitable career development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective candidates through calls and follow up on generated leads.

• Explain training programs, course benefits, fees, and enrollment procedures.

• Counsel candidates and understand their career aspirations.

• Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the training and operations team for admissions and onboarding.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Educational Sales, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
