We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, explaining courses, following up with leads, and supporting the admission process through effective communication
Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
Explain programs, career options, and admission procedures clearly.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during calls.
Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
Schedule counselling sessions with senior counsellors.
Handle incoming calls and resolve basic queries.
Meet daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Share feedback from students to improve process and services.
