We are looking for a confident and driven Telecalling & Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, nurture prospects, and convert high-value interior projects.
This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury client behavior, structured follow-up systems, and relationship-driven sales.
Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, Instagram & referrals
Qualify client requirements, project scope & budgets
Schedule and convert paid design consultations
Maintain CRM and manage the sales pipeline
Prepare and coordinate quotations & revisions
Conduct systematic follow-ups until project closure
Assist in client meetings & presentations
Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
We are seeking someone who is persuasive yet polished — someone who understands that luxury sales is about trust, clarity, and confidence.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience in telecalling / inside sales (Interiors, Real Estate, Luxury Retail preferred)
Communicates fluently in Hindi & English with a professional tone
Is confident discussing budgets and high-value projects
Understands client psychology and objection handling
Is organized, process-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups
Is comfortable working with premium clientele
Has a target-oriented mindset with a strong growth attitude
