Artvikta Studio is a luxury bespoke design studio based in New Delhi, specializing in custom wallpapers, imported wallcoverings (including premium Italian brands), bespoke rugs, murals, and curated high-end interior art solutions.

We collaborate with homeowners, architects, and premium commercial clients to create statement spaces that reflect individuality, craftsmanship, and refinement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and driven Telecalling & Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, nurture prospects, and convert high-value interior projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury client behavior, structured follow-up systems, and relationship-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, Instagram & referrals

• Qualify client requirements, project scope & budgets

• Schedule and convert paid design consultations

• Maintain CRM and manage the sales pipeline

• Prepare and coordinate quotations & revisions

• Conduct systematic follow-ups until project closure

• Assist in client meetings & presentations

• Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is persuasive yet polished — someone who understands that luxury sales is about trust, clarity, and confidence.

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience in telecalling / inside sales (Interiors, Real Estate, Luxury Retail preferred)

• Communicates fluently in Hindi & English with a professional tone

• Is confident discussing budgets and high-value projects

• Understands client psychology and objection handling

• Is organized, process-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups

• Is comfortable working with premium clientele

• Has a target-oriented mindset with a strong growth attitude
