Position: Telecalling & Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Home)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: ■15,000 per month (Target-Based)

About the Role

ArthBella is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecalling & Sales Executive to handle

customer inquiries generated through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The selected

candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products, and

converting leads into successful orders.

• Skincare Products

• Weight Gain Products

• Weight Loss Products

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers who inquire through WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram advertisements.

• Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.

• Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective communication and sales skills.

• Follow up with interested customers.

• Maintain professional communication with customers.

• Provide daily work and sales updates.

Performance Target

• The employee is required to achieve a minimum of 7 successful delivered orders per day.

• Only orders that are successfully delivered to customers will be counted toward the target.

• Confirmed orders that are canceled, returned, or not delivered will not be included in the target

count.

Salary & Performance Policy

• Monthly salary: ■15,000

• This position is strictly target-based.

• Salary is linked to performance against the assigned target.

• If the required target is not achieved, salary deductions will be calculated proportionately based on

the shortfall in delivered orders.

• Performance will be evaluated based on successfully delivered orders only.

Requirements.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to confidently speak with customers over phone calls.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone usage.

• Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Self-disciplined and capable of working independently from home.
