Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and relationship-building.
Schedule counseling calls, demo sessions, and meetings with academic coordinators.
Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update CRM systems and Excel sheets.
Manage and update CRM dashboards, lead pipelines, and reporting systems.
Handle AI Automation, API Automation, and other AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency and lead management.
Generate reports, track performance metrics, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Share course brochures, payment details, and admission-related information via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective participants.
