We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven individuals to join our team as Telecalling & Sales Executives.

Telecalling & Sales Executive (Work From Home)

Full-Time

Working Hours

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary

₹15,000 per month (Target-Based Incentive Structure)

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Explain product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers.

Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Update daily sales reports and work progress.

Performance Expectations

Achieve a minimum of 7 successfully delivered orders per day.

Only delivered orders will be counted towards target achievement.

Cancelled, returned, or undelivered orders will not be considered for performance evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Confidence in speaking with customers over phone calls.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone usage.

Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work independently from home.
