We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Explain company products and services clearly
Generate and qualify sales leads
Maintain customer database and update CRM records
Follow up on leads and customer feedback
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts departments
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling targets
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email)
Persuasive and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Ability to handle rejection professionally
