Roles & Responsibility:
●Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls.
●Acquiring and retaining contact information databases.
●Calling drivers from the provided database and onboarding them explaining the company schemes and policies.
●Making job posts on relevant platforms to collect databases.
●Coordinating with the driver onboarding team for the onboarding process.
●Cold calling and mass emailing to recruit a maximum number of drivers.
Skills & Requirements:
●Strong communication abilities.
●Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approaches.
●The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances.
●Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides.
