We are looking for a Telecaller to join one of our Esteemed Clients. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call students and parents from the provided database
Explain courses related to navy and maritime careers
Provide proper guidance and answer queries about programs
Maintain call records and follow up with interested candidates
Build a positive relationship with potential students and parents
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confident and convincing speaking ability
Basic knowledge of calling or telecalling (freshers can apply)
Ability to handle queries patiently
Preferred:
Experience in telecalling / education counseling is an advantage
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
