Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Both can apply)
Make outbound calls to prospective leads/customers.
Explain product / project details clearly and confidently.
Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.
Schedule meetings / site visits / appointments for the sales team.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Positive attitude and convincing ability.
Ability to handle customer objections politely.
Minimum qualification: 12th / Degree (any stream).
Experience in telecalling / customer support / sales is an added advantage.
