Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to connect with doctors who have shown interest in Biofrost products. The role involves engaging with leads, understanding their requirements, and coordinating the next steps to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with doctors who have shown interest (inbound enquiries/leads)
Clearly explain Biofrost products, benefits, and usage
Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors
Understand doctor requirements and guide them accordingly
Schedule follow-ups, sample dispatch discussions, and meetings if required
Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the system
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead conversion
Handle basic objections and provide relevant information confidently
Skills & Requirements
Good command over English (spoken and written)
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, email handling)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think independently and handle situations smartly
Problem-solving attitude and presence of mind
Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus (healthcare/pharma preferred)
