Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Pune Chinchwad
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Salary: 18 to 22.5.k

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convince customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers

• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries

• Maintain and update customer databases

• Handle customer complaints professionally

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Persuasion and negotiation ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Patience and positive attitude
