Key Responsibilities
Candidate Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective candidates from internal databases or job portals to introduce them to open positions.
Preliminary Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to verify candidate qualifications, experience, and interest in the role.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS or Excel) with accurate contact details and call notes.
Follow-up: Reach out to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure they remain engaged and informed.
Inquiry Handling: Respond to incoming calls and emails from job seekers regarding current vacancies
