We are hiring Telecaller – Inbound (Freshers Only) for our office in Faridabad. This is a contract-based, office work role where candidates will handle incoming calls and assist customers with basic information and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve customer queries and maintain call records
Follow company call-handling scripts and processes
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Maintain a polite and customer-friendly approach

Eligibility & Requirements:

Only Freshers can apply
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Basic communication skills (Hindi required; English is a plus)
Willing to work from office (no WFH)
Ability to handle calls patiently and confidently
