Position Overview

• Job Title: Tele collection Executive – Recovery

• Department: Collections & Recovery

• Location: Yelahanka new town

• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Contact & Negotiation: Make outgoing collection calls to overdue micro-business/MSME borrowers to negotiate repayment schedules and secure promises-to-pay (PTP).

• Database & CRM Maintenance: Accurately update customer interaction notes, payment status, disposition codes, and payment promises in internal databases, CRM platforms, and Excel spreadsheets.

• Empathetic & Ethical Recovery: Communicate professionally with business owners, balance firmness with empathy, and follow standard recovery protocols and regulatory guidelines.

• Tracking & Follow-ups: Rigorously track payment commitments (PTPs) and ensure timely follow-up calls to clear overdue installments (EMI).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local field recovery officers and branch teams when cases require escalation or on-ground intervention.

• Daily Reporting: Log accurate collection updates into daily recovery spreadsheets for team leads and management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 10+2 / High School Diploma (Graduation preferred).

• Experience: 0 to 3 years in telecollections, soft recovery, microfinance (MFI/NBFC), or telecalling roles.

• Data Management: Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and quick, error-free data entry skills.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi / regional language and functional English communication.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
