We are looking for Telecallers / Fundraisers to join our team and support our fundraising activities. The role involves communicating with donors, explaining our charitable initiatives, following up with supporters, and encouraging donations to help children and people in need.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 0 – 2 years
Qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th / Any Qualification
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to existing and potential donors.

• Explain the organization's charitable activities and fundraising campaigns clearly.

• Build positive relationships with donors through professional and friendly communication.

• Follow up with donors through phone calls and WhatsApp as required.

• Share approved fundraising information, photos, videos, payment details, and campaign updates with donors.

• Encourage donors to contribute towards charitable causes.

• Maintain accurate records of donor conversations, follow-ups, and responses.

• Update daily calling and fundraising reports.

• Follow up with interested donors and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and fundraising targets.

• Maintain confidentiality of donor and organizational information.

• Coordinate with the fundraising team and report daily progress to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th / Any Qualification.

• Freshers are welcome.

• 0 – 2 years of experience in telecalling, fundraising, customer support, sales, or similar roles is preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Kannada speaking is preferred; knowledge of Hindi/English is an advantage.

• Positive attitude and willingness to communicate with people.

• Ability to handle donor questions professionally.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week in the day shift.
