We are looking for an energetic, confident & result-driven Telecaller / Tele-Sales professional to join our growing sales team and help us convert travel inquiries into successful bookings.

🎯 Position: Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive

💼 Core Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Calling & Customer Handling

✔ Make outbound calls to customers from company-provided leads

✔ Understand customer travel requirements, budget & preferences

✔ Explain tour packages, itineraries, inclusions & offers clearly

✔ Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

✔ Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers

🔹 Sales & Lead Conversion

✔ Follow up with interested customers through calls & WhatsApp

✔ Convert qualified leads into bookings and sales

✔ Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets

✔ Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable packages

✔ Negotiate professionally and close sales effectively

✔ Maintain proper follow-up schedules for pending leads

🔹 Lead & Data Management

✔ Update customer information and lead status regularly

✔ Maintain accurate calling and follow-up records

✔ Track hot, warm & cold leads

✔ Coordinate with the sales/operations team for quotations and bookings

✔ Ensure no genuine lead is missed or left unattended

🔹 Customer Relationship Management

✔ Build strong relationships with customers

✔ Provide timely follow-ups before and after booking

✔ Handle objections and resolve basic customer concerns

✔ Encourage repeat bookings and customer referrals

✔ Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

🔹 Daily Sales Reporting

✔ Submit daily calling & sales reports

✔ Track calls made, follow-ups, conversions & pending leads

✔ Participate in sales review meetings

✔ Work towards improving conversion and revenue performance

📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

✔ Number of calls & follow-ups completed

✔ Lead-to-booking conversion rate

✔ Monthly sales & revenue targets

✔ Customer response & follow-up quality

✔ Number of successful bookings

✔ Repeat customer & referral generation

✔ Average response time on leads

🎓 Qualification:

Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience

💻 Required Skills:

✔ Excellent communication & convincing skills

✔ Hindi & English communication preferred

✔ Strong sales & negotiation ability

✔ Confident and positive personality

✔ Good objection-handling & closing skills

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / WhatsApp

✔ Target-oriented & self-motivated mindset

✔ Travel industry knowledge will be an added advantage
