Job Summary
The Tele caller / Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining products, and contributing to business growth by achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Make calls to potential and existing customers.
· Explain company products and services effectively.
· Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
· Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
· Follow up with customers for inquiries and closure of sales.
· Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
· Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
