We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Telesales Executives to generate business through outbound and inbound customer calls for our range of financial products.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Promote and sell Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Life Insurance, Personal Loans, Business Loans and Credit Cards.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful sales.

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility and documentation requirements.

• Maintain customer details, call records and daily sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of financial products and sales processes will be an advantage.

• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome.

• Ability to handle customer objections and work towards sales targets.
