Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Work Schedule:6 Days Working | 1 Day Week Off

Work Location: Tin factory KR puram Bangalore (Work From Office)

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 In-Hand + CTC Upto 28000 + Performance-Based Incentives upto 15000

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of tele sales / sales experience preferred

• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply

Job Overview:

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives to promote and sell digital financial products to customers through outbound calls. The role requires strong communication skills and a target-driven approach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers

• Generate leads and close sales effectively

• Maintain call records and follow-up details

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
