Role & Responsibilities

Salary range 25-40k

Age 30-40 year

• Customer Calling

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain jewellery collections, designs, offers, discounts, and new arrivals.

• Understand customer requirements such as gold, diamond, bridal, or daily-wear jewellery.

• Lead Generation & Follow-up

• Contact leads received through digital marketing, website, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers.

• Maintain proper records of calls and customer responses.

• Showroom Visit Generation

• Encourage potential customers to visit the jewellery showroom.

• Schedule appointments for bridal jewellery, high-value purchases, and special occasions.

• Coordinate with showroom sales executives for customer appointments.

• Sales Conversion

• Convert telephone enquiries into showroom visits and sales opportunities.

• Explain ongoing schemes, exchange offers, festive promotions, and loyalty programmes.

• Follow up with customers after their showroom visit.

• Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

• Call customers on birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, and special occasions.

• Inform customers about new collections and exclusive offers.

• Database Management

• Update customer information and call outcomes in CRM/Excel.

• Categorise leads as Hot, Warm, and Cold.

• Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.

• Coordination

• Coordinate with the showroom sales team, marketing team, and store manager.

• Share customer requirements and appointment details with the concerned salesperson.
