GD Goenka Healthcare Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding our healthcare and paramedical courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
Counsel students and parents about healthcare and paramedical courses, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Follow up with inquiries received from various sources (website, social media, walk-ins, references, etc.).
Convert leads into admissions by maintaining regular communication.
Schedule campus visits and demo sessions for prospective students.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/ERP.
Handle WhatsApp, SMS, and email communication with students.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and enrollment.
Resolve student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare daily call reports and admission status updates.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in tele counselling, telesales, admissions counselling, or customer service.
Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
