Job Description

SS Education Foundation is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Tele-Counsellors to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for counselling prospective students, handling enquiries, following up on leads, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and explain courses, educational programmes, and admission procedures.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, student enquiries, and parent queries.

• Follow up on leads and convert prospective students into successful admissions.

• Maintain enquiry records and manage leads through CRM or other tracking systems.

• Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional counselling.

• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and admission targets.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in the Education Industry, EdTech, colleges, universities, or educational consultancies is preferred.

• Candidates with experience as an Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, or in a similar role will be given preference.

• Excellent communication and counselling skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.

• Knowledge of telecalling, lead management, and follow-up processes.

• Professional approach towards handling students and parents.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player.

Qualification

• Candidates who have completed 12th, Graduation, or Postgraduation can apply.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the education sector.
