Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counsellor to join the Digital Campus team. In this role, you will guide prospective students, explain our Digital Marketing courses, and help them choose the right career path. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and counselling, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with students through calls and WhatsApp.

• Counsel students about Digital Marketing courses and career opportunities.

• Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding student requirements.

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM accurately.

• Handle student queries professionally and provide timely solutions.

• Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate with the admission team.

• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

• Build long-term relationships with prospective students.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience: 1 - 5 years in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Education Counselling, or Customer Support.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
