Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding our educational programs. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing course information, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with assigned leads via phone calls.
Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
Handle inquiries and resolve basic customer concerns.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams when required.
Requirements
Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is preferred.
