Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a passion for helping customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments/sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Experience in Tele Counselling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Fresh sales, or HubSpot is an added advantage.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-first approach.
