AdRocket AI is a digital growth agency helping brands generate and convert quality leads through performance marketing. Our campaigns bring in a steady flow of leads, and we need a sharp tele counselor to turn those leads into customers.

Role Overview

You will call inbound leads generated from our campaigns, understand their needs, explain the offering clearly, and convert them into paying customers or confirmed appointments. You’ll work closely with the marketing team and give feedback on lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Call fresh leads promptly (speed-to-lead is critical) and build rapport

• Understand the prospect’s requirement through smart questioning

• Present the product or service clearly and handle objections confidently

• Follow up consistently via calls and WhatsApp until closure

• Convert leads into sales, enrollments, or booked meetings

• Update every call outcome and lead status in the CRM daily

• Meet daily calling and monthly conversion targets

• Share feedback on lead quality and common customer objections with the team

Requirements

• Fluent Hindi and good English (additional regional languages are a plus)

• Strong communication, persuasion and active listening skills

• Comfortable making 60-80+ calls per day and handling rejection positively

• Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools

• Own laptop/smartphone, stable internet (min. 10 Mbps), and a quiet workspace

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred, not mandatory)

Good to Have

• Prior experience in telecalling, EdTech, real estate, BFSI, or digital marketing sales

• Familiarity with CRMs (Meritto, WebEngage, Zoho, LeadSquared, etc.)
