Tele collection - Team Leader

Aye Finance Ltd. is hiring for Team Leader - Tele Collections :-

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management & Performance:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8–10 Tele Collection Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

  • Monitor live calls and review recorded interactions to provide feedback, ensuring high productivity and quality.

  • Conduct daily huddles to review targets, discuss critical cases, and strategize on skipped or hard-to-contact accounts.

• Portfolio & Strategy Management:

  • Allocate buckets/cases effectively among team members based on their experience and skill levels (e.g., Early Stage, Mid-Bucket, or Write-off).

  • Analyze portfolio trends to identify risks and implement real-time course corrections.

  • Handle escalated or high-value cases directly, interacting with business owners/promoters to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure 100% compliance with Fair Practices Code, RBI guidelines, and data privacy norms.

  • Maintain zero tolerance for abusive language, harassment, or unethical practices during recovery calls.

• Reporting & Collaboration:

  • Track key metrics including Resolution Rate, Roll-Back Rate, Promise to Pay (PTP) kept ratio, and agent productivity.

  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for the Management team.

  • Coordinate with skip-tracing and legal teams for non-contactable or willful defaulter accounts.
