Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling with basic knowledge of textile fabrics to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to understand different types of fabrics and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers, wholesalers, retailers, and garment manufacturers.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding fabric types, availability, pricing, and order details.
Provide information about different fabrics, designs, GSM, quality, and usage.
Generate sales leads and forward them to the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams regarding orders and delivery status.
Explain product catalogs, new arrivals, and promotional offers to customers.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of textile fabrics (e.g., cotton, polyester, rayon, viscose, blends, etc.).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati preferred).
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Strong sales and convincing skills.
Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma (Textile background preferred).
Experience in BPO, telecalling, or textile sales support is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in fabric trading, textile mills, or garment industry.
Familiar with fabric terminology, designs, and quality parameters.
Good at customer relationship management and follow-ups.
