Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Information Retrieval Officers (IROs) to join our Inbound Voice Process team. The role involves assisting callers by providing accurate information related to products, services, locations, and contact details — with no sales targets involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally.

• Assist callers by providing precise and relevant information based on their queries.

• Retrieve and share data related to products, services, locations, and contact details.

• Ensure every call meets quality and response time standards.

• Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy while handling customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree (with or without arrears).

• Age Limit: Up to 28 years.

• Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication in English and regional language.

• Good listening skills and attention to detail.

• Basic typing and computer handling ability.

• Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
