Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Telesales Executives to join our growing team. If you have good communication skills and are passionate about interacting with customers, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain products and services clearly to customers.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass).

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates residing near Malad or willing to commute are preferred.
