Job Title: Relationship Manager – Motor Insurance (Commercial Insurance) Location: Corporate Park, Sanjay Place Agra

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to oversee the development and expansion of our network of Dealers/agents specializing in motor insurance for commercial vehicles. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding existing Dealers/agents, developing effective insurance policies, and ensuring strong relationships through regular communication and support. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can convince and motivate Dealers/agents to collaborate closely with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Agent Identification & Onboarding:

o    Research and identify potential Dealers/agents who currently deal with motor insurance for commercial vehicles.

o    Develop strategies to onboard these Dealers/agents into the company’s network.

o    Assess and analyse Dealers/agents’ performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Relationship Management:

·         Regularly communicate with Dealers/agents to maintain strong relationships and ensure their needs are met.

·         Convince and motivate Dealers/agents to prioritize and promote our company’s motor insurance products.

·         Address and resolve any issues or concerns Dealers/agents may have in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in any field

·         Good Communication Skills.
