About Us

The Insurance Portal is a fast-growing motor insurance service provider, working with trusted insurance partners to offer seamless solutions to agents, dealers, and customers. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Tele-Calling Executives to onboard new agents and dealership partners.

Role & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential agents, dealers, and business partners for onboarding in motor insurance.
Explain company services, motor insurance products, commission structure, and partnership benefits.
Maintain and update CRM records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Follow up with interested leads and ensure smooth onboarding of new agents/dealers.
Build strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continued engagement.
Provide basic training or guidance on policy issuance, documentation, and portal usage.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams for partner activation and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi mandatory, English optional).
Basic knowledge of motor insurance (training will be provided).
Ability to handle outbound calling and follow-ups confidently.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Experience in tele-calling, telesales, insurance, or BPO will be an advantage.
