Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and generated leads • Introduce and explain company services clearly and professionally • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions • Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/database regularly • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads • Achieve weekly and monthly calling & conversion targets • Handle basic client queries and maintain positive client relationships • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and lead management
