Prime Location in Juhu: Conveniently located, our office in Juhu provides the perfect setting for your career in real estate to thrive. •Job Description:• Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role. Proven ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients over the phone. Pleasant, clear and confident speaking voice. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken). Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of basic real estate terminology a plus. Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets. Responsibilites: Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads to introduce our company and available properties. Answer inbound inquiries from potential clients, understand their needs, and provide them with relevant property information. Schedule appointments for property viewings with sales representatives. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions. Follow up with leads to gauge their interest and answer any further questions. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, G-Drive)
