🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. This role involves interacting with potential clients over calls, building relationships, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

If you are someone who enjoys communication, persuasion, and closing deals — this role is designed for you 🚀

🔹 Key Responsibilities

📲 Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
📌 Follow up on inquiries and maintain client database
💬 Explain products/services clearly and confidently
🎯 Convert leads into confirmed clients / appointments
🧾 Maintain proper call records and updates in system
🤝 Coordinate with internal team for smooth execution
🔁 Handle follow-ups and nurture leads effectively

🔹 Requirements

👩 Female candidate (as per company requirement)
📅 Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / telesales
🗣 Strong communication skills (Tamil + basic English required)
💡 Good convincing and negotiation ability
📞 Comfortable handling high volume of calls
⚡ Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
