Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make frequent calls to prospective clients using scripts to introduce products/services.Lead Generation & Sales: Identify opportunities, explain product benefits, negotiate, and convert leads into sales.Customer Interaction: Ask questions to understand needs, resolve queries, and provide solutions.Data Management: Accurately record customer information, call details, and sales in the CRM system.Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and performance goals.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, promotions, and industry trends.
Job Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role. Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade and negotiate. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and work effectively under pressure. Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Personal: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
