Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers with information about the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism during interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
0-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Strong listening skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the BFSI, loan, or financial services industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of lead generation and customer relationship management.
