Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services, offers, pricing, and benefits clearly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through phone calls.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.
Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, conversions, and sales performance.
Requirements
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
Good Hindi and English communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
