We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives (Female) for Home Loan process at our office in Rajendra Place, New Delhi.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for Home Loan products

• Explain loan features and benefits clearly

• Generate and follow up on quality leads

• Maintain strong customer relationships

• Update customer details in CRM/system

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

• Experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking preferred

• Good Hindi communication skills (basic English acceptable)

• Comfortable with Inside Sales / Telecalling

• Immediate joiners preferred

🔹 Location Preference (Important)

• Office Location: Rajendra Place, New Delhi

• Only nearby candidates preferred (within 10 km)

🔹 Salary & Incentives

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Incentives: ₹500 per successful login + up to ₹3,000 monthly performance bonus

• Fixed day shift
