Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, schedule service appointments, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to generate new leads and promote pest control services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and explain service packages.
Schedule site inspections and service appointments.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Coordinate with the operations team for appointment scheduling.
Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.
Resolve basic customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily call reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or lead generation will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
