We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and maintaining healthy customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Generate and maintain leads through regular follow-ups.
Convince customers and close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal departments for customer support and issue resolution.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Update customer information in CRM/software systems.
Prepare daily call reports and sales reports.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Fluency in Hindi and English preferred.
