Job Role: Telecalling / Telesales Executive

Company: Ontario Overseas Consultancy

Location: Sector 70, Mohali

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹29,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience + Attractive Incentives)

Job Type: Full-time (Day Shift: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM, 6 days a week)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and energetic Telecalling Executives to join our team at Ontario Overseas Consultancy. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, guide them regarding overseas study/immigration opportunities, and help drive enrollments.

Both freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective leads and handle incoming inquiries.

Explain consultancy services, visa processes, and programs clearly to clients.

Understand candidate requirements and schedule in-office counseling sessions.

Follow up regularly with interested candidates to close leads.

Maintain accurate call logs and client details in the daily database.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Open to all education levels (12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate).

Experience: 0 to 5 years in domestic telecalling, telesales, or customer support (Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Language: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi; basic working English is a plus.

Confident phone etiquette with persuasive communication skills.

Goal-oriented and eager to achieve monthly targets.
