Job Title: Telecaller – Marketing & Telesales

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Vashi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into customers. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.

• Introduce and explain the company's products and services.

• Generate new business opportunities through telemarketing and telesales.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM or Excel.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handovers.

• Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer support.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is an advantage.

• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

• Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate.

• Ability to work from the Vashi office.
