We are hiring Tele Sales / Pre-Sales Executives for B2B sales. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, and client interaction to support the sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients
Generate and qualify sales leads
Explain company products/services over calls
Schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain daily call records & follow-ups
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Required Skills
Basic communication skills in Hindi & English
Confidence in cold calling & tele sales
Basic understanding of B2B sales process
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales / pre-sales
Knowledge of CRM tools (basic)
Sales-oriented mindset
