## Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents through outbound and inbound calls.

• Explain MBBS abroad programs, universities, admission process, and basic eligibility.

• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and walk-ins.

• Schedule counselling appointments for students.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM.

• Build positive relationships with students and parents.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the counselling team for successful admissions.

## Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to convince and handle customer queries professionally.

## Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Education Counselling, Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role will be preferred.

## Salary

• Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Experienced (Same Field): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
