Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Provide information on loan products and services.

4. Process customer requests, applications, and documentation.

5. Maintain accurate records and update customer information.

6. Escalate complex issues to senior management.

7. Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.

8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3. Basic knowledge of loan products (training provided).

4. Familiarity with CRM software.

5. High school diploma or equivalent.

Desirable Skills:

1. Previous customer service experience.

2. Financial services industry knowledge.

3. Proficiency in MS Office.
